Planning for Doddington Carnival 2026 is already well underway, and once again we’re looking forward to bringing the village together for a fantastic day of fun, community spirit, and celebration.
THIS YEAR, IT'S ON SATURDAY 4th JULY!
Like many community events, Doddington Carnival relies heavily on fundraising and local support to make it happen. (more info on our website).
This year, we’re excited to introduce a range of sponsorship opportunities for local businesses and individuals who would like to support the event while also promoting their organisation.
Why Sponsorship Matters
Doddington Carnival is one of the biggest community events in the village calendar. Hundreds of people line the streets for the Carnival Parade, and later in the day around 800 people attend the Children’s Sports Afternoon on the recreation field.
By sponsoring Doddington Carnival, businesses can:
- Support a long-standing village tradition
- Gain visibility and promotion during Carnival activities
- Show their commitment to supporting the local community
Every pound raised helps us organise the event and ensure it remains a highlight of the year for families across the village. Also, with our immediately-available invoices to download, many businesses can claim as a marketing expense for tax purposes.
Sponsorship Opportunities
We are currently offering several sponsorship options, allowing businesses to choose the level of involvement that suits them best:

GOLD/SILVER/BRONZE SPONSORSHIP
Varying levels of sponsorship, offering prominent recognition and advertising opportunities. -
BANNER SPONSORSHIP
Businesses can display their own banner around the recreation field during the Children’s Sports Afternoon. -
RACE SPONSORSHIP
A fun and affordable option where individuals or businesses can sponsor one of the children’s races. Sponsored races are announced over the PA on the day and listed on the race sheets.
All options offer payment via BACS or online via PayPal.
