We’re pleased to share a quick update following our Annual General Meeting, which took place last night at The Three Tuns.

Tonight is an important date for Doddington Village Sports & Carnival, as it’s our Annual General Meeting (AGM), and we’d love for you to join us. The AGM will take place on Wednesday 1st October at 8pm in The Three Tuns.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Pub Quiz at The Three Tuns on Saturday 20th September. The evening was packed with laughter, friendly rivalry, and some brilliantly tough questions that really got people thinking!

Our Quiz Master, Adam, is ready and rearing to go, with general knowledge questions, as well as topics of some curve-balls, thrown in for good measure. Rumour has it that the questions are more highly guarded than the receipe of Heinz Tomato Sauce, or the special mix of herbs and spices at KFC. Either way, we're sure that this quiz will be one to remember, as there's just over a week to go!

Yes, that's right - we're literally still cleaning up after the 2025 events, and already onto 2026!

It's a fun-filled evening of friendly competition, with raffle prizes to be won — and all proceeds go towards supporting next year's Carnival Day.

Saturday 5th July saw Doddington burst into colour, music and community spirit as our annual Carnival Day brought everyone together once again for a fantastic celebration.

From the entire carnival committee, we would just like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone for the support at Doddington Village Sports & Carnival yesterday! 👏🏻 Whilst the weather was a little on the windy-side, the rain held off and the sun shone through! ☀️
