We are just normal people that live in/around Doddington. Of us that have had children, they've grown up and played in and around the village. Some on our Carnival team are starting their own family-journies themselves, so have all this to come.

Either way, we are a small-ish sized team, all just doing our little part for the village.

We are farmers, teachers, office workers, factory workers, electricians, plumbers and more. We don't do the things we need to do for Carnival as part of our day jobs, but we all work together to overcome (most!) challenges.

The tradition of the Doddington Carnival and the Children's Sports Afternoon have each been going for many, many years, and we're just the current custodians of it. We want the village tradition to carry on for many more years.

Whilst we might not get everything right all of the time, our hearts are in the right place, and only want to make each Carnival Day (and all fundraiser events) the best that we can, given the resources that we have access to.

There are a few of us with specific 'job titles', namely:

• Adam Rush - Chair
• Keith Bowman - Vice Chair
• Erica Mason - Treasurer
• Brett Rigby - Secretary

...but there is also:

Mark, Lucy, Ben, Alice, Chloe, James, Rich, Dan, Archie, Izzy, Larraine, Louise, Sarah, Megan, Gareth & Ian.

There's also a hidden army of people that tend to get roped-in to helping us. Whether they're family or friends, or just people in the wrong place the wrong time. (Thank you very much!!)
